Pointer & Peony offers local hand delivery throughout the Red Hills region and surrounding area, with delivery originating from our Tallahassee, Florida area studio.

Local Delivery

We currently offer delivery within approximately 40 miles of our studio. A local delivery fee applies to eligible addresses within our standard delivery area.

Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on the recipient's address, selected delivery date, and current availability.

Orders outside our standard delivery area may be possible with a custom delivery quote and must be arranged directly with us prior to purchase.

Additional Delivery Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply for extended-distance deliveries, specific timed deliveries, restricted venue access, large-scale installations, or specialty event orders.

Order Processing & Preparation

Because each arrangement is designed to order using fresh, seasonal materials, advance preparation time is required.

Same-day delivery may be available Monday through Friday, subject to floral availability and our production and delivery schedule. Availability for same-day orders is shown at checkout.

Weekend Delivery

Saturday and Sunday delivery is available with advance notice.

Same-day delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. Available delivery dates are determined at checkout based on our current preparation and delivery schedule.

Delivery Conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Recipient unavailability
• Restricted venue or property access
• Severe weather
• Traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location at the driver's discretion unless otherwise instructed. We will use reasonable judgment to protect the flowers and complete the delivery successfully.

Floral Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. If a particular flower or material is unavailable, substitutions may be necessary.

Any substitutions will be thoughtfully selected to maintain the overall design, form, movement, color palette, and aesthetic of the arrangement. Substituted materials will be of equal or greater value.
